ONLINE & IN-STORE RETURN POLICIES

Online sales and in-store sales are subject to different return policies. Please scroll down to see the return policy for in-store purchases.

ONLINE RETURNS with the PACKING SLIP & RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

All sales on Clearance items are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any items on our website ending with the word "Clearance". All clearance items are available on a first come, first served basis; stock availability is not guaranteed.

No returns will be accepted without their enclosed packing slip or gift receipt and a return authorization number fromcustomerservice@rainbowbridgejewelers.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We suggest you insure your parcel, as Rainbow Bridge Jewelers cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to receipt of same. Please carefully pack the merchandise to be returned along with the enclosed packing list, return authorization number, your name, address and phone number. Mail to:

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Items may be exchanged for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All returns MUST be accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn AND in original condition. Damaged items are not returnable.

Any items purchased as CONSIGNMENT need to be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.

Returns made after 14 days of original receipt will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and must be pre-approved by the manager.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on seasonal and clearance items.
