Online sales and in-store sales are subject to different return policies. Please scroll down to see the return policy for in-store purchases.

ONLINE RETURNS with the PACKING SLIP & RETURN LABEL

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

No returns will be accepted without their enclosed packing slip or gift receipt and a return label from customerservice@rainbowbridgejewelers.com.

Any shipping charges at the time of purchase, should there be any, are non-refundable.

Please carefully pack the merchandise to be returned along with the enclosed packing list, print your return label and attach it to the package, covering any prior shipping labels, and give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

Items may be exchanged for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All returns MUST be accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition. Damaged items are not returnable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on clearance items.

NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
