Shipping policy

WITHIN THE US

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of being received, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. All orders shipped within the US should be received within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed between 10AM Pacific (1PM Eastern) on Friday and Sunday are generally shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that the risk of loss and title for items purchased from RBJ pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

INTERNATIONAL

Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. International shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks. Average delivery time will vary depending on the address. Please be advised that international orders shipped using the USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box service cannot be insured or tracked outside the United States of America. We will provide you with the USPS tracking number when your order is shipped, however you will need to contact customs in your country to track the shipment.
