Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of being received, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. All orders shipped should be received within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed between 10AM Pacific (1PM Eastern) on Friday and Sunday are generally shipped out on the following Monday.

Please note that the risk of loss and title for items purchased from R.B.J. pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Shipping rates for international deliveries:
Standard Shipping (6-10* days) Rate
Canada: $24.95
Mexico: $30.95
All other international shipping: $33.95

 

*6-10 days for many major destinations. Average number of days may vary depending on the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.

Please be advised that international orders shipped using the USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box service cannot be insured or tracked outside the United States of America. We will provide you with the USPS tracking number when your order is shipped, however you will need to contact customs in your country to track the shipment. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from R.B.J. pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Rainbow Bridge Jewelers makes every effort to display the products featured on our website as clearly and accurately as possible. However, the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor may affect the quality of the digital image displayed on your screen. Rainbow Bridge Jewelers is not responsible for the limitations of your monitor, and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate.

Please note that variations in natural stones and hand-carved pieces make each piece unique and are to be expected. Many stones, in their natural state, contain inclusions and small imperfections. The stones within the pieces we select are often wonderfully unique and interesting and not necessarily “perfect”.

ONLINE and IN-STORE RETURN POLICIES

ONLINE RETURNS with the PACKING LIST and RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

All sales on Clearance items are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any items on our website prefixed with the word "Clearance". All clearance items are available on a first come, first served basis; stock availability is not guaranteed.

No returns will be accepted without their enclosed packing slip.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We suggest you insure your parcel, as Rainbow Bridge Jewelers cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to receipt of same. Please carefully pack the merchandise to be returned along with the enclosed packing slip, your name, address and phone number. Mail to:

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Items may be exchanged for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All returns MUST be accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn AND in original condition. Damaged items are not returnable.

Any items purchased as CONSIGNMENT need to be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.

Returns made after 14 days of original receipt will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and must be pre-approved by the manager.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on seasonal and clearance items.
