FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of being received, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 10 business days. Orders placed between noon (Pacific Time) on Thursday and Sunday are generally shipped out on the following Tuesday.
Want it sooner? Go ahead and expedite your shipment via Fed Ex for an extra charge. Contact us for prices and shipping times.
Orders received by 11AM Pacific (2PM Eastern) Tuesday through Thursday will ship the same day if 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery is arranged. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Tuesday. 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that the free shipping offer is only valid on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States of America. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from R.B.J. pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE the CONTIGUOUS STATES:
Special shipping rates for deliveries to AK, HI, and Canada: Standard Shipping (3-10 days) Rate Alaska, Hawaii $10 Canada $10 All other international shipping: Standard Shipping (4-14 days) Rate Outside the U.S., Canada, HI, AK $12.95 Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Your order will be shipped on the first Tuesday or Thursday following receipt of payment.

Rainbow Bridge Jewelers makes every effort to display the products featured on our website as clearly and accurately as possible. However, the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor may affect the quality of the digital image displayed on your screen. Rainbow Bridge Jewelers is not responsible for the limitations of your monitor, and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate.
Please note that variations in natural stones and hand-carved pieces make each piece unique and are to be expected. Many stones, in their natural state, contain inclusions and small imperfections. The stones within the pieces we select are often wonderfully unique and interesting and not necessarily “perfect”.
RETURNS with the PACKING LIST and RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. No returns will be accepted without their enclosed packing list and a return authorization number from customerservice@rainbowbridgejewelers.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We suggest you insure your parcel, as Rainbow Bridge Jewelers cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to receipt of same. Please carefully pack the merchandise to be returned along with the enclosed packing list, return authorization number, your name, address and phone number. Mail to:
